When you book a ride, request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

• your first and last name;
• your phone number and email address;
• pick-up and destination addresses, dates and times, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, and where applicable your flight or train number;
• billing information.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing your transport and following up on your booking: performance of the contract.
• Answering your requests for quotes or information: pre-contractual measures.
• Issuing invoices and keeping our accounts: legal obligation.
• Proving prior booking in the event of an inspection, as required by VTC regulations: legal obligation.

Recipients

Your data is intended for La Conciergerie I Carré and the chauffeur in charge of your ride. It may be processed by our technical service providers (website hosting, booking tool, payment) strictly within the limits of their tasks. It is never sold.

Retention periods

• Booking and contact data: 3 years from the last exchange.
• Accounting records and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.

Your rights
