The Chartreuse Cellars
In Voiron, the Chartreuse Cellars offer an immersive journey through the history of the Carthusian monks, their plants, their know-how and the making of their famous liqueurs, with more than 1,200 heritage pieces displayed over about 2,500 m². The classic guided tour lasts about 1h20, is limited to 19 participants and ends with a guided tasting of Green and Yellow Chartreuse.

Visit tickets must be booked in advance with the Chartreuse Cellars, or we can arrange them for you as part of the tour. The programme is adapted to your visit time and the site’s availability. The classic tour is not recommended for children under 6, and tasting is for adults only. Visit prices are set by the Chartreuse Cellars and may change.
