Wine tasting and driving do not mix. With a private chauffeur, everyone in your party can enjoy the tastings, while someone who knows the roads takes care of the rest. You choose the estates, the pace and the lunch; your chauffeur adapts the programme on the day.

Your chauffeur picks you up in Lyon in the morning and heads north to the Pierres Dorées, where golden-stone villages overlook the vineyards. After a first tasting, the day continues towards the crus of the northern Beaujolais for lunch and two more estates, before returning to Lyon in the late afternoon. The whole day follows your pace: more tastings, a longer lunch or a stop at a viewpoint are always possible.

For Burgundy, we usually leave Lyon earlier and drive to Beaune, where you can visit the famous Hospices and the historic wine cellars of the town. The afternoon is dedicated to the villages of the Côte de Beaune or the Côte de Nuits, along the Route des Grands Crus. Your chauffeur drives you back to Lyon in the evening, or to your hotel in Burgundy if you are staying longer.

For couples, families and groups

A sedan welcomes up to 4 guests, and our Mercedes V-Class up to 7 or 8, depending on the configuration. For larger groups, incentives or wedding guests, we coordinate several vehicles. Wine purchases travel safely in the boot, so you can bring back your favourite bottles.

Tell us your date, the number of guests, the region you would like to discover and any estates you have in mind. We propose a programme and a vehicle, and confirm everything in writing. Many estates require an appointment for tastings: book your tour early, especially in autumn during the harvest season and in spring.

The vineyards are beautiful all year round, but each season has its charm. Spring brings fresh green vines and quieter estates. Summer offers long days and terraces in the villages. Autumn is harvest time, with golden colours and a lively atmosphere, but estates are busier: book early. Winter is calmer, ideal for relaxed tastings in the cellars. In November, the release of Beaujolais Nouveau brings festive events across the region.

A wine tour can easily be combined with other discoveries: the medieval village of Oingt in the Pierres Dorées, the Hospices de Beaune, the Château du Clos de Vougeot or a gourmet lunch in a village restaurant. Tell us what you enjoy and we will build the day around it.
